MARINA IS EXTREMLY EXPENSIVE.
For one week (new year eve) they ask 14 reals per meter per day = 4410 reals (~1000USD) for 45ft boat. After long negotiations we paid 2500 reals + extra for water and electricity. You should consider to berth in Clube Naval Charitas Niteroi (otherside of the bay) where you will pay about 100 reals per day for a boat, and marina has better facilities including swimming pool and bars. You can get to Rio from there by ferry departure every 20 minutes (ticket 5 real). More on …..
Water – about 20 reals per 1000l
Electricity – about 0.8 real per 1kW
