Depth: 10 Protection: all winds Bottom: mud Holding: very good Protection: 5 on 5 Area: 4 on 5 GPS: 51 18.48S 74 08.75W (anchorage into the cove)
When approaching keep closer to S coast and leave few rocks to N. The entrance is about 100m wide and min. 15m deep. I suggest to drop the anchor at 10-14m and hide into the cove. Tie min. 2 shore lines from aster, but if strong wind is expected add 2 more shore lines from both sides of bow looking more forward.
If strong W-SW is blowing you will be open for this wind, but extra shorelines will make staying safer.
If the weather is good you can swing at anchor in the N part of cove, holding is good.
