For boats
The views
from Bourayne Bay are truly magnificent and should not
be missed. It is a peaceful haven, totally away from it all and isolated from
the barrier reef’s roar.
Anchorage:
When you
pass Motu Vaiorea (port side you if coming from North) turn little left and
head on the beach. Drop the anchor before corels on the depth about 7-15 meters. Could be on
position:
16 46.859S
and 151 01.6914W (sand 7-15
meters, good holding)
There is
also 3 small yellow mooring buoys. If it’s free you can pick up and tie.
There is a
space for about 5-10 boats.
Dinghy
landing:
Yu can land
directly to the beach or go 400m back close to the Motu Vaiorea to snoork.

formalities - check in to / out from French Polynesia
should be done in Fare

Visit a
beach and take some rest. Swimming around is also cool.
Snorkeling:
We tried to
snorkel in few places but best spot is close to Motu Vaiorae – position:
16 46.725S
and 151 01.980W.
This is not
a Tuamotus but there is many corals and color fishes to see.
