APPROACH AND ANCHORAGE
This anchorage can be approached from the north and the south. The entries are very
straightforward with no surprises. All shallows and reefs are clearly visible. Approaching from the north you can use this waypoints:
19 55.312S and 174 42.805W
19 55.810S and 174 42.960W
19 56.077S and 174 43.078W
From the south use this waypoints:
19 58.696S and 174 45.289W
19 57.820S and 174 44.191W
19 56.750S and 174 43.635W
19 56.477Sand 174 43.429W
Anchorage position:
19 56.502S and 174 43.019W (10m depth, mostly sand, holding very good)
This is well protected anchorage, from all wind directions.
DINGHY LANDING
Go to the concrete wharf, on the right you will find a steps. You can tie your dinghy there.
NEIGHBORHOOD
Ha’afeva is a medium size island. A walk from the wharf to the village takes about 10-15 minutes.
The beach are not so beautifull but you can walk around.
GROCERIES
There is one shop in the village. Do not expect much. Some vegetables and fruits you can buy from locals.

village. Talk to people, they are very friendly. You will meet a lot of pigs
walking thru the village.
There are a beauty corals and a wreck of big fishing boat just 0.6 NM west from the anchorage. The wreck is visible by binoculars. It’s on position:
